I just moved back to Chicagoland after a 9 year stay in CA. While living in L.A., I got addicted to the Oaxacan food served at a place called Guelaguetza. II'm talking more then just "moles", this place served authentic Oaxacan soups, seafoods, "clayudas" with "cecino" or "tasajo", etc., and everything was delicious. Even my partner, a notorious meat-and-potatoes-only person, loved everything we ever tasted there. Does anyone know of an authentic Oaxacan place in the Chicago area?
