They had a great dinner Sunday night with the Bovinoche Chef Rhino Bannister. This is a dinner they do once and month and some of the proceeds go to a charity that night. They had fried pigs ears, a salad with wild boar and a fried quail egg. You can bring your wine if you want with no corkage. I will make sure I am in the area for this every month. The service was outstanding just a very fun event.
