I keep hearing wild things about the native produce, shellfish, and meats in New Zealand and will be going there for 7-10 days in January. From local breakfast spots and great raw bars to one-off beaches with rare clams, Otago wineries to spots on Coromandel to get moonshine from rare berries, any insider tips?
