Ill be spending an extended weekend in Marin (Mill Valley) in early June, with a couple of daytrips to Napa, to pick up some pre-ordered wine.
For Saturday, I intend to have breakfast/brunch the SF Ferry Farmers Market. Thank you for any suggestion regarding where I may have a good breakfast/brunch at.
For dinner, I am craving dungenees crabs. I realize that it may not be in season, but the teeny, wimpy crabs that we get here in NYC are no-match for even the out-of-season sweet and fleshy dungenees. Ive been to Thanh Long before and was pleased with the roasted crab. Does anybody know of a better place anywhere in the city?
Finally, as I would like to break the wine-country-themed meals that have been pre-arranged for me(Martini House, Bistro Jeanty and Willis in Sonoma), Id like to sample an Italian dinner in the city. Having lurked on this board, I am choosing among the popular ones that have been posted about - A16, Quince and Incanto (I have been to, and liked, Delfina). Would a single diner be OK in any or one of these restaurants?
