Hi there! I am going to NYC in late December with my mother and sister for a four days. We plan to spend some time in the theater district, some time at the Met, and go to the Statue of Liberty. I believe we are also hitting up some Christmas markets. My mom is the ringleader of this particular trip, and we will be going where she would like to go. I, however, have been put on food duty. Here are a few things I'm looking for:

-Pre-Theater recommendations at $50> per person
-Food near the ferry for the Statue of Liberty
-Brunch for a Saturday close to the Met
-Jazz club with decent food

Things my family is not into:
-Sushi
-Super spicy
-Indian
-Trendy - seriously. We are not cool.

While both are well-traveled, both have quite a few food aversions.

Places I'm thinking about:
Momofuku
DB Bistro Moderne
Becco
Orso
Patsy's

I did a search of pre-theater and the most recent was from 4 years ago.

Thanks!!!
