I'll be coming to Orlando for a conference this week and am looking for some food options. I'll be there for 2 nights, I'm asuming the lunches will be standard conference food. I'd like to try anything that is a local specialty or something I cant get back home in NYC. I remember trying a grouper fish last time I was in Orlando and liked it quite a lot.
I've done searches on the board and have come up with this so far:
1. I'll be coming late Sunday night so a good dessert would be great; I was thinking of going to the Dessert Lady though its about 15 minutes out of my way. Is this place worth the drive and any reccomendations?
2. I will have one dinner in town and was thinking seafood. From my searches on the forum there didnt seem to be a consensus on a great place, so I was leaning towards Bonefish. I'm open for suggestions, I will be at the JW Mariott Grand Lakes and something close is nice though I will have transportation.
3. Finally, I'd like to grab something to eat on the flight home. A sandwich or something like that near the airport would be perfect.
Thanks in advance
