Does anyone know of a place in Las Vegas that serves chow mein like I remember from back in New York? I've been out west for almost 30 years and I've never found it. It was very thick; mostly onions; no mushrooms and a minimum of celery -- sometimes with thin strips of chicken on the top. It was usually served as part of a combo with fried rice and an egg roll etc. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
