Nut oils other than walnut

I just read Patricia Wells's latest book on the cooking of Provence; in it, she mentions using pine nut and hazlenut oils, and now I'm eager to try these and other rarely-seen nut oils. Has anyone seen pistachio oil, for example? In which stores do you find such oils, and which maker(s) do you prefer? How do you like to use them?
