We had an outstanding dinner at Nuage on Friday. On my sister's advice, we had the tasting menu - and once we tasted the fried oysters and soft shell crabs, we added on to it! So we ended up with 6 courses rather than 5, plus dessert. The portions on the tasting menu were perfect.
While the prices weren't terrific, they were good for Greenwich. I put the food here in a league with Valbella and Rebecca's. The space lacks a real ambience, but the food and the great service made up for it.
