North York Lunches

So, my resolution for the new year (I make them on my birthday, rather than Jan 1) is likely to involve leaving my house every day (I work from home and sometimes find I don't get out as much as I should). I figure going out to get lunch is a pretty good way to get out of the house on those days where I don't have anything more interesting scheduled. But that can also get kind of expensive.

I'd love some suggestions, so I don't have to think too hard about where to go each day. My criteria, roughly in order of priority:

It should be delicious. Obvious, I know, since this is Chowhound, but I'd rather travel a little further and pay a little more for amazing than settle for merely good.

Location. I live at Keele & Sheppard. Closer is better, a 20 minute drive away is probably about the max I'd want to extend for a quick lunch.

Lunch should be relatively inexpensive -- lunch with a soda and taxes for under $10 if it's takeout, obviously more for sit down but still, under $20 including tip.

Quick. I'm not looking for Auberge du Pommier (not that it would fit my price requirements) -- some place where I can get in, get a plate of noodles or a curry or whatever, and get out.

Other minor factors:
- healthy choices a plus
- free or cheap parking a plus
- nice to solo diners a plus

This could clearly be an insanely long list if everyone listed absolutely every place that fit the criteria, but what are your favorites?

I currently eat way too frequently at Turkuaz which is in the plaza at Keele & Sheppard -- I like it a lot, and it's basically the closest restaurant to my house, but my preferred dish way exceeds my price guidelines.
