Looking for some restaurant ideas for the north side of Phoenix. A few friends and I are taking a class at the JW Marriott in Desert Ridge, and google maps for the nearby area shows mostly chain restaurants. We have gone to Key West for the last 4 years and have been spoiled by all the wonderful eats—I would love to find a few ideas for great food in Phoenix that is not too far from our lodging. (Preferably 20 miles or less.) Extra points for a creative cocktail menu. Thanks!
