My family and I tend to gravitate towards the same rotation of restaurants each Las Vegas trip. Rather than write about them yet again (This time, Lago, Hexx, the Veranda, Le Cirque, and Chada Thai), I thought I'd give a shout out to Nora's, a terrific Italian restaurant on Flamingo, not far from the Strip. The menu is not terribly innovative, but everything we ordered was very delicious and executed perfectly. Add terrific craft cocktails and great service at prices well below strip costs and only slightly higher than a neighborhood red sauce joint, and you've found the hidden gem, Nora's. In fact, we liked it so much, we are seriously considering booking our son's wedding rehearsal dinner there.
