Just back from eating at Nora for a second time - degustation w matched non-alcoholic juices. The chef is SO creative, like El Bulli goes to Thailand w Noma thrown in. Hard to explain, but really, go now! Such unusual pairings, often you might not know what you are eating. And there is such love cooked in the food, really it has so much attention to detail. Lots of unusual fermentation, plus a variety of non-traditional degustation food. This is not your standard big meat kind of thing.
