In one of the empty storefronts, specifically the place that used to sell paintings in the small inner plaza where Anderson's Bakery is, there is a sign on the window that says
NOODLE HOUSE NODA
Changing the Way You Eat Instant Ramen
I saw it on Monday, but I don't think it was there when I was at Anderson's last Friday.
I think it might be a promotional space instead of an actual restaurant. There are boxes inside marked "Noda Corp. Japan", but it doesn't look like there's any construction going on.
