Last weekend we went to Patsy's at 37th and Navajo in NW Denver. I had a melt in your mouth eggplant parmesean and my dining partner had the lasagna, so filling she was only able to eat a few bites...of course this did follow a delicately battered calamari appetizer and salad with homemade dressings (try mixing the italian and bleu cheese as my server suggested...divine!). My 10m old son, however, had a plate of the most incredible homemade noodles I've ever tasted! Unfortunately he had thrown most of them on the floor before I gave what was left a taste. I came darn close to violating the 5 second food on the floor rule just to have another bite.

We are going back tonight to get a plate of my own noodles and red sauce...can't wait!!
