The second location of Noodle Talk opened a month ago in Los Altos. My brother tried it last month with a friend and was surprised to discover that it is not yet serving any noodles! His server explained that it's still in soft opening and has not decided what all to serve yet. Anyway, here are his photos of the dishes.
