Noodle Alcove Quick Bite

StriperGuy | May 22, 200309:27 AM

Piled on the Noodle Alcove bandwagon last night.

Had a stringbean dish that was not particularly notable.

And had roast pork noodle soup.

The noodles were really excellent. Not mushy at all(another reviewer had mushy noodles). Firm, snappy, excellent noodles with a bit of spinach and scallion with really good roast pork that has some really nice marbeling of tendon in it.

Truly a notable noodle soup.

For those also wanting a homemade noodle of a completely different variety, try Beijing Star on Main Street in Waltham across from the Supermarket. Their noodles are cut off of a block as opposed to stretched and delightful in their own right.
