I'm in the market for a new nonstick pan (again)...and while my go-to in the past has been to buy cheap...was wondering if anyone could make the case for the more expensive pans where if treated well they might last longer than the cheaper ones?
I understand there are tons of variables at play ( how often you use it, care for it etc.)...but even still I can't seem to find any realistic estimate for the life of cheaper pan vs. a more expensive pan. At most I just find articles that say "it depends" or what seem to be outright lies "it'll last forever! it'll last 20 years!". even just a directional range am curious how much different pans can be expected to last!
