What ONE nonstick should I get

mobiledynamics | Dec 15, 201412:14 PM     65

I've been hemming and hawing on this decison.

I don't have any NON stick pieces but I do want to add one to the stash.

12"

Primarily for eggs, but there are some times where I want to cook a little protein for my 18 month old and counting. I just cut up a little but and want to give it a quick cook. My Debuyer is not really that non stick on meat...

Couple of Options

Tramantonia NS Skillet - I presume Teflon based
Zwillings NS - While fellow CH's seem to like this pan, it's got a mixed feedback on Amazon and WS review on the Ceramic Coating lasting

3rd Runner Up - I think Tramantonia and Vollroth fall in the same boat, but Vollroth would be a quick 3rd runner up

Lastly - AC, IF they do still stand behind their lifetime warranty on the NS pans.....
