I used to have a recipe clipped from a magazine like Good Housekeeping for a challah recipe that included nonfat dry milk powder and an overnight proof in the fridge -- for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere. Traditionalist, please don't kill me, but damn if that wasn't the best challah recipe I've ever made!!!! It also worked really well as a sweet roll dough. Does anyone have that recipe or one similar they'd be willing to share? Thanks so much!
