Noma, named the best restaurant in the world on four occasions, will shut its doors in February 2017 (its innovative chef, René Redzepi, will be exploring a new concept for the restaurant before re-opening in the future). My fiancé and I managed to snag a reservation during our upcoming trip to Copenhagen, but the seating is for eight people. We have one other couple joining us (friends of ours living in Copenhagen), which leaves us with four spots to fill.
This is where you come in! We are seeking four diners who would love to share this dining experience with us. Since Noma has a strict cancellation policy, we are looking for serious inquiries only, preferably locals or those who already have plans traveling to Copenhagen.
Dining prices as listed on Noma’s website:
Food (DKK 1900, roughly $285 USD)
Wine Pairing (DK 1100, roughly $165 USD)
If you are interested, please email us at email@example.com. Serious inquiries only!
About us: we are a couple living in San Francisco. One of us is Canadian-American, and the other is Danish. We love exploring our city, cycling, traveling, playing with our puppy, and of course, eating good food! Please reach out if you have any questions.
