NOLA: Help for a last-minute Sat night dinner?

Hi there, my husband and I were lucky enough to be able to take a last minute trip to NOLA this weekend! But of course, Sat night being not only Sat night, but also being 4 days away and a holiday weekend, is making it hard to find a place for dinner.

We really wanted to try Brigtsen's or Clancy's but both are booked. We have dinner at CP another night, and a lunch the next day at Peche. Can anyone recommend alternative places? Is August good? Or Carrollton Market perhaps?
