NOLA for Mardi Gras

MrGaglianos | Jan 12, 201708:05 AM

Hi guys,

I'll be visiting New Orleans for 4 nights from Saturday Feb 25th until Wednesday March 1st. Staying in the French Quarters, so should be a fun stay! Can't wait!

As for a restaurant itinerary, I've done some searching through some of the older threads on here and on other sites. Love seafood, oysters, and definitely want to try some good gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish, creole, and po-boy. Looking for a good cocktail place as well, and some bars with a solid craft beer selection.

Place's I have on my TDL:

- Galatoire's
- GW Fins
- Mr B's Bistro
- Napoleon House (for some good cheap eats)
- Felix's
- Irene's
- Erin Rose
- Killer PoBoys
- Brennan's (for Sunday brunch)
- Original Coffee Pot (breakfast)
- The Courtyard Brewery (outside of FQ though a lot of different taps)

If you have any other suggestions or recommendations on can't miss places in NOLA let me know. I don't mind travelling out of the French Quarters as well.

Planning to either eat at GW Fins or Galatoire's on Saturday night, made reservations for Brennan's Sunday afternoon for brunch, and Leah's for dinner on Monday night.
