Last night we attempted the near impossible, 21 courses for dinner, our record is 16 at Laundry. We failed miserably, just 14 courses and we had to give up, or blow up. NOE is a 5 week old restaurant with a fantastic Chef (Robert Gadsby) who worked with Thomas Keller for NINE years before opening up his own restaurant in LA.

Frog Legs w/ Yukon Gold whipped Potatoes w/Grannysmith Apples w/Truffle oil infusion
Scallops w/watermellon and Aged Balsamic
Lobster & Pear Salad w/orange Gelee w/micro greens
Foie Gras "A" turchon w/sour cherries and currant rounds
Liberty Farm Duck Breast w/ parsnip puree , blueberry confit.
