I am going to be eating at Nobu soon. I have been there before and have had all their greatest hits, i.e. black cod, squid pasta, crab cooked in creamy spicy sauce, tempura, sushi, toro tartare, etc. As I normally do I plan to do the Omakase. What I am hoping to confirm is that if I tell them we have all dined there before, and to please bring us some new and different dishes, that they will deliver on the highest level. I know they get a lot of tourists, and omakase generally includes their "signature" dishes like the ones above, but I want to make sure that there is more to the chef's repertoire than that. Can anyone who knows please share? Much appreciated.
