Caught an episode of Chef/Restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson's 'No Passports Required' on PBS and it was absorbing and delightful. Part of a 6-part series, this one focused on his visit to the Middle Eastern food scene in Detroit and Dearborn, Mich. It is very well done and made me hungry for some of those flavors. There are similarities to Bourdain in that he gets into the cultural aspects of the community as well. There is even a quote attributed to AB towards the end. Looking forward to more.
