Had lunch at Nishimura today - toro, amaebi, hamachi, hotate and ankimo. Everything was going fine until the waitress told me they didn't have enough cash for change. Normally I tip 15-18%, but this meant that I had to leave a 25% tip. I felt odd doing this, but I also didn't want to leave no tip.

Has this happened to anyone else there?
