A fantastic brewery/tap room with excellent beers. Lots of space, easy parking, passionate people. Most of the food is from a rotating selection of Food Trucks (1/day; not sure if there is always one there or not). Don't bother with their house guacamole.

4x4oz flight ($8) of...

ALOHA WEISSE -- Mixed fermentation sour ale bursting with fresh pineapple aroma and flavors; bright notes of Meyer lemon (5.6%)

KEHL - -German-style Zwickelbier; notes of caramel & pretzel grain, and a clean, slightly hoppy finish (4.6%)

BENNINGTON -- Oatmeal stout brewed with Dutch-processed cocoa and maple syrup (7.4%)

AWAKE -- Coffee porter aged with Counter Culture beans; notes of fresh roasted coffee and baker's chocolate (6.7%)
