Last night in Rome; "Fiammetta" or "Vecchia Roma"??

We're spending 3 days in Rome in two weeks prior to our "Best of Italy" cruise. Thanks to these great boards I did lot's of research and came up with 3 restaurants somewhat near to our hotel by the Pantheon.

Weds: Armando al Pantheon Thurs: L'Osteria de Memmo Fri: Fiammetta

Here is my quandry. We are taking a walking tour of twilight Rome on Friday night that ends at 9:30 pm in Piazza del Campidoglio which I believe is near the Forum. "Fiammetta" is on the north side of Piazza Navonna. Two couples also on our cruise are eating that night at "Vecchia Roma" as it is near where the tour ends. It would be easier to eat here than trek back to Fiammetta but I've heard Vecchia Roma is a tad "touristy" and the food quality spotty at times. Any thoughts? How hard is it to grab a cab at that time of night to get us to Fiammetta?
Thanks in advance for any help.
