Spending a few days down in LA to celebrate my birthday. Plan to go to Angelino something (it's written down--Italian) one night, Saddle Peak, and will probably go to Canter's one night as well (it's a ritual when we get in after long drive). Could someone familiar with SFBA Chinese dining suggest something better than what we have or different from what we have.

I think there's nothing we haven't already tried in Korean, so may skip that this trip.

Appreciate your suggestions. (Because my computer is slow with Chowhound and imagine others may have same problem, I don't like to take up anyone's time with individual thank you's, but all advice is gratefully received.)
