I was in paris two weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Last night at Adour was equally wonderful. The food was sublime. It was very traditional french, nothing very cutting edge, but it was done superbly. We did the wine pairing which also was excellent. I could have stayed there all day eating and drinking. The service was pretty good, almost perfect, and reminded me of Taillevent (in Paris) a little (gracious, formal, and Friendly). I can't go into detail here about each dish, but I can say that the Fois Gras was excellent as were the accompanying lentils, and the Lamb and cous cous (?) was also perfect, especially the cous cous (?) or what ever that delectable side dish was... cous cous and some amazing flavor that snaps in your mouth. I would definitely return to this restaurant; it reminded me of eating in Paris.
