Been to Grimaldi's recently. Received a great pie, but soggy in the middle, and too crunchy in the crust (broke when folded).
Been to John's recently. Place has never been much the same since their expansion.
Nick's on Ascan has consistently improved its pizza, and each time I go in, I never leave disappointed. Their cheese is probably the best I've tasted on any pizza, and they turn out pies with good crust consistency throughout.
Still think Grimaldi's makes a marginally better pie on the whole, but Nick's should usurp that eventually.
