"Nice" in-office lunch for 25 in the E. 50s?

I'm fresh out of ideas. We have a department lunch once a month. We usually do Shun Lee, good deli (2nd ave, stage, etc), Mangia, Columbus Bakery, or Daisy May's. I often push for Indian (Chola, etc) but there are a fair number of people who don't like it in the group. Money isn't really an object and this month, the lunch also will serve as a "goodbye" celebration for a collegue, so I want it to be nice. I thought of Pampano's Taqueria, but I'd something other than just tacos, burritos, etc. and it sounds like that's all they do.

Would really appreciate suggestions. Thanks in advance!
