Nian gao at Yung Ho Tou Chiang for lunar new year.

steph p | Feb 7, 200504:07 PM

for folks who like nian gao,

The chef does a pretty good job on pastries so it's a good bet his nian gao aren't bad.

Yung Ho Tou Chiang Restaurant
1045 E Valley Blvd # 105, San Gabriel, CA 91776
(626) 280-9317

btw, for those who don't know what nian gao is, it's kind of traditional holiday food that you kind of grow up with, so i wouldn't get it if you're looking for something like from a patisserie or a standalone dessert.
