I'm wrapping up my LA visit tonight and would like to finish the trip with Vietnamese food (plus it's my birthday). From what I've gleamed from past threads, Nha Trang is highly recommended. Is this still the case? I'm leaning towards Bun Bo Hue for dinner.
If Nha Trang is the place to go, I have a couple of questions. Is it worth it to go a little later in the evening (for Vietnamese restaurants since they usually close by 9pm in SGV)? I probably won't get there before 8pm. I hear NT has a small menu and often the most popular items run out early.
I assume NT on Valley is the original location. Is the NT on Main a second location? Or that NT a separate owner entirely? If the Main location is a second location--is the quality equal to the original location?
