Ngow Nam Recipe - Now I've Got It

Before trying the recipe I decided to find it at a local restaurant here in the San Fernando Valley. I did, I did. BBQ unlimited on Sherman Way in North Hollywood. I now understand about the layering of the meat. That seems to be ultra important. The texture is superb. Now I will try the recipe. Thanks all for the earlier input.
