Newly tinned copper pot with cracked lining

Hi Guys, just received a pot back from a retinner and it does not look nice. In the photo attached there are webbed cracks in the tin linning. Do you know if the darker parts of the cracks are actually the copper surface of the pots getting exposed or is it just oxidised tin.

I've just emailed the retinner asking what he thinks about it. Do you think it's possible for them to take it back and redo the tinning properly "for free" or should I give up with their craftsmanship and ship it somewhere else?

Again, this is a brand new retinned pot that has not been cooked in yet.

FYI: this is a 41 lbs (19 kg) pot.
