Newish tea/crepe place in Little Tokyo.

While visiting friends in Little Tokyo I tried a new tea/crepe/sandwich/shaved ice place on Second Street. If you're in the area you might want to try it out. I tried the Moody Cow which sounds kind of kogi-like. Korean style spicy beef, mixed cheese, and kimchi salad in a crepe. Pretty tasty. The crepe was kind of like a cone shape but flattened. It was about 7 bucks and added the soup of the day (a creamy corn soup) in a container midway between a cup and bowl for only a buck more. The soup is $3.50, but since I was adding it to my savory crepe it's only a buck. Also got a (cold) green tea with raspberry (had fresh mashed up raspberries in it). Saw some various pastries like cupcakes in the display cases. My friend got a sandwich made with waffles instead of bread. He liked it. It's at 318A Second Street in Little Tokyo. The small menu they gave me says they are open from 11am to 11pm seven days a week. The phone # on the menu is 877/797.4LEAF Seems like the phone # has an extra digit, or is that the way of new phone numbers in L.A.? They also seemed seemed to stock some Tea Forté stuff for sale too.
