I tried to search internet and also chowhound but haven't found a topic disscussing this aspect of buying fish.
I saw that some big fish contain dangerous levels of mercury, some contain chemicals. I want to start eating fish because they are healthy, what should i consider when choosing what to buy?
Or what do you personally consider?
Is it dangerous to buy cheap fish or it's basically the same as with cheap chicken, which is of course not the best thing to eat but basically, if you eat it, it won't worsen your health too much? When i want to buy fish because i want to profit from Omega3 etc, are cheap fish also good? Or how to choose it?
