we had a terrific dinner at nemo on our brief vacation. we started with tuna tartare and octopus, which was surprisingly tender and dense. the tuna tasted like toro, but the menu couldn't confirm it. we finished the crackers and had tuna left over, which we gladly finished sans crackers. for entrees, we had the pan-seared yellowtail snapper w/lobster hash and the black grouper. the lobster hash was delicious - i finished the hash before the fish, which was still hot (temp) when I bit into it. the snapper was a bit dry and would have been tastier had i ate it with the hash. the grouper was cooked perfectly - very tender. we were pretty much full by this time, but i had to have a dessert since it was recommended at nemo. so, i had panna cotta with berry compote. it was light and ever-so-sweet - a delightful way to end a terrific meal.
