Help needed for happy hour food (in office) - Center City

I need serious help here. I'm in charge of getting food for our in-office Happy Hour this Friday night (5pm). We haven't had one in about a year, everyone's looking forward to it, and unfortunately the food will be a reflection of my abilities as I will not be there.

In the past, we have typically bought "nibbly things" from Trader Joe's, but I want to "up" it a bit. Everything must be room temperature; we have no ability to heat/warm items, and have limited refrigerator space.

My budget is $130 for about 25 people. I'm thinking the "main" items can be from RTM or maybe Primo's for small hoagies. Any other ideas for food purveyors that will work? Thanks.
