Hi - each year we have a fall festival at our not for profit CSA farm and I traditionally bake a variety of shortbreads (last year was rosemary/orange and thyme/blueberry) and pumpkin cookies with a citrus glaze using pumpkins from the farm. These are quite popular and their sale raises some significant money for the farm. This year I am in the middle of a major kitchen reno and will be using someone else's kitchen for the baking. So - I need to figure out some easy, interesting things to make that will not make a mess in the borrowed kitchen and will not require that I schlep a bunch of equipment (most of which is packed away and not very accessible due to the reno). Other people make muffins and chocolate chip cookies for the festival.
Thanks in advance.
