According to the kid whose moms makes rice noodles with chicken, dried shrimps and pork for a dolla, have they been there for the last few years? I just noticed them and tried them out. This is the way its done on the streets in china in the small towns and villages? is this right.
I find them tasty and soft. Is the rice soaked or is the powder grinded down etc. how is the steam table set up to steam?
any info on this would be greatly appreciated. A plus if your chinese and know the background to this.
this is my favorite style of eating for under $ 3.00 where as on the other chowhound board, lo fans always saying cheap eats for under $ 20 bucks, ha!
