Had an opportunity to eat at the Navy Yard Bistro last night, and was very satisfied. We ate at the bar and split an entree and appetizer. The entree was seared scallops over lentils w/ parmesan. The scallops I must say were perfect. Had a nice fire roasted taste from being seared over the grill. The lentils were great, maybe a little too much parmesan, but still very satisfying. We had a brie fondue for an appetizer, which could be stellar and is merely ok.
The true highlight was the Vino Verde. I don't normally order Vino Verde on this side of the Pond, but I must admit that I was extremely happy with the choice.
Service was excellent and the people watching was entertaining. We'll be back.
