I've been to Natural Tofu before, and am likely going tonight. My question is this. When you order a stew, they give you a raw egg. What is the proper use of this? Do you just break it into the liquid and stir it in--I've done that. Do you break it and let it sit there, trying to let it set? I've done that too. Do you try to hard boil it? I haven't done that. Help me out here.
