Can anyone speak to the quality of the school? I know they serve dinners sometimes so perhaps if you have not taken a class there, you have eaten there... I am not talking about serious chef training, but I am thinking about taking a couple of the public classes to learn a little more about vegetables and grains I'm not familiar with, knife skills, and there's a vegan class too. Any opinions? I'm assuming that this is the right board for such a question, my apologies if it's not ... thanks guys!
