Hi all,

Please refer to my earlier thread as context:

http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/1017386

I've also used this one to inform lots of my research:

http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/1017313

Here is the working list (in absolutely no order):

- Cockscomb
- Bar Crudo
- Coqueta OR Bocadillos
- Marlowe
- State Bird Provisions
- Gary Danko (any point or is it not a food destination?)
- St. Vincent
- Swan Oyster Depot
- Hogs Island Oyster
- RN74
- St. Vincent (mostly for beer)
- Monk's Kettle (for beer)
- Sotto Mare Oysteria
- Pacific Catch

We have a limited number of days out there so obviously not all of the above will make the cut.

Please advise on any that should definitely be cut and any that definitely must be included.

Please also advise on anything I've missed that fits into the vein of what I've posted above and cannot be missed.

Let me know if I've adequately covered the California cuisine category.

Japanese/izakaya doesn't seem to have worked out (in terms of nothing I've seen posted in other threads wow'ing me) -- am I making a mistake?

Thanks all!

Cockscomb Restaurant
Bar Crudo
Marlowe
State Bird Provisions
Gary Danko
Swan Oyster Depot
The Monk's Kettle
Coqueta
Sotto Mare
Pacific Catch
