I've read so many of the threads on Lisbon restaurants and need help narrowing down the choices on high end meals. I like restaurants that are friendly, not stuffy or formal, and like a focus on fresh ingredients prepared inventively with a Portuguese twist. If they serve organ meats too, I'm a happy camper. From what I've read, 100 Maneiras could be anywhere in the world, Alma, Olivier and Tavares are receiving mixed reviews (like they may have passed their pull date.) I'm interested in Assinatura, Bocca, Restaurante 560 and Tagide. Appreciate guidance, given my preferences.
