My wife and I will be returning to Napoli for the month of April. Last year's two-week visit was mere flirtation and whetted our appetites for an extended stay. We'll have a flat on the Riviera de Chiaia with an excellent kitchen.
Some modest questions:
We plan on cooking a lot so what markets provide quality meats, fowl, produce and fish?
What are your favorite restaurants? High end, low end, medium. We are omnivores and will be living on the economy for a month. I'm not insisting on the best. Rather, places that serve good food, make you feel comfortable and encourage a return visit.
Bakery. Where is a decent bakery in my neighborhood?
Cooking classes. On days that I am day tripping, is there a person/place my wife can turn to for insight on Neapolitan cooking?
Thank you for your consideration.
