Ok, that’s their slogan from the take-out menu. They open Monday January 7, 2007

It’s a little pocket restaurant with a counter that has four or five seats … so plan on take-out.

It’s a short menu so I’ll put it in the first link. They seem like nice people

I’m trying to decide between the Pabellon arepa or the Benedictine arepa … the latter a sort of breakfast arepa with ham and poached egg ... on the idea of a McArepa. Definitely gotta get yucca fries. I was just thinking the other day there wasn’t much that could make yucca interesting. Fry them … include dipping sauce … genius!
